Fil-Am Fitness (FAF) is an inclusive and welcoming community full of motivated and passionate members! FAF aims to improve the physical and mental health of the Fil-Am and UC Davis community through encouragement and unity. Health and wellness comes in an abundance of shapes and sizes, and FAF recognizes that everyone's health and wellness journeys will look different. Whether you are trying to learn how to weight lift, in need of a positive mental health affirmation, looking for a new workout or recipe to try, or whatever the situation may be, Fil-Am Fitness is here to support you and cheer you on through it all!
